Overview
The Overview section of the report will include some general observations of the site with regard to the user interface, usability, and navigation.
User Interface
This is what users of the website will see when they are using the website. The report will point out if there is anything to do with the user interface that could be improved to make the website easier to understand or use.
Usability
Is the website easy to use? Could the website be simpler to use? The report will briefly cover these type of issues.
Navigation
The report will observe if there are any obvious problems with the navigation (menu systems) of the site.
