Accessible Website
An accessible website means that it is extremely accessible to everyone - your customers! The difference with an accessible website is that it will not prevent disabled users from using the site. The web is the best place for disabled people to get information, or it should be if websites were accessible.
Your website designed by Pico Design will be accessible to a very wide range of people, whether they are abled or disabled. This also means that your website will meet it's legal obligations set out by the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, which makes it a legal requirement that businesses do not discriminate against disabled people.
Putting it another way, disabled internet users are potential customers.
Accessibility = more potential customers.
Website accessibility is not just about making a website accessible to disabled users, it is about making the site easily available to everyone, regardles of what technology (or lack of technology) they have, or what type of gadget is being used to view the website (an iPhone for example). The point is that the information is there and the website does not force a customer to use or view your site in any specific way.
